For years, I worked in international compliance audits, where details mattered and nothing was left to chance. Over time, I realised what I actually enjoy most is more personal: being the person people can rely on.

That’s why I created Arden Property Care.

I look after a small number of homes for owners who aren’t here all year round. Every visit is carried out by me personally. Every check is documented. After each one, you’ll receive photos and an update — so you know exactly how your home is doing, not just that “someone checked.”

Because knowing isn’t the same as guessing. A shutter left open after a storm. Water pooling near a boiler. A smell that wasn’t there last time. These are the things that get noticed early, before they become expensive.
